Job Description
- Understand and interpret management system standards, industry standards, local and regulatory guidance documents.
- Ensure that critical business processes are updated, documented, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage controlled documents required for the IMS implementation within the Company electronic storage facility.
- Conduct internal audits and vendor audits, manage customer audits and external audits.
- Closely monitor the recording and close out non-conformity reports, including opportunities for improvement.
- Work with Quality Manager in supporting other group companies in establishing other group companies’ Integrated Management System.
- Coordinate quality trainings, and support the Group and the Company improvement initiative programs.
- Prepare submittals relating to Company pre-qualification requirements in QHSE.
