Job Description

 Raise the all inspection report  Cross check the product after verification to make sure products have defect free  Check all inspection data and entries which are inspected by inspector  Pre pair process and product audit sheet.  Sat-up Approval, in-process and layout inspection within layout plan  Handling In-process as well as PDI Inspection as quality engineer, Familiar with MSA, SPC,FMEA, POKAYOKE, KAIZEN, 8D, 5S &Lean manufacturing and also working on SPC,MSA FMEA and control plan  Used 7qc tools for identifying root cause analysis, also basic understanding of PDCA Cycle and SIPOC Diagram  Collaborate with cross-functional team to address quality issues ,drive continuous improvement and contribute to building high-quality product that exceed customer expectations  Familiar with measuring instrument like digital vernier caliper, height gauge,
