Primary Responsibilities

• Design or architect Test Automation Framework that is robust
• Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives
• Provide practical approach for business requirements, precisely for Regression test automation suit
• Assist Business Users in defining User Acceptance Testing and develop test cases and plans
• Test execution and defects follow-up until closure
• Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and User group meetings for Quality Assurance
• Work with Business Users, System Analysts, Designers and Programmers to create and analyze various required project documents
• Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality
• Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and/or functionality within Information Technology software
• Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within information Technology software
  

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of testing experience on Manual and Automation
• Strong experience on MS SQL
• Demonstrated leadership capability and/or experience
• Experience with Data Modeling and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment with strict deadlines Strong SQL skills (TSQL, PL SQL)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Master’s Degree
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or Load runner
