Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and improve the quality management system (QMS) in all departments and ensure its ongoing efficiency
2. Provide reports on how the system can be improved
3. Assist MR in organizing meetings with superiors and department heads to determine the best way to run the department
4. Perform testing of customer satisfaction and/or complaints regarding each service or product
5. Overlook each department to ensure adherence to AS 9100 REV D requirements
