Job Description
We have a Quality Team Manager position for Malad location. We have a max budget of 7 lakh to 8 lakh.
As discussed, below are the minimum expectations which team should consider while shortlisting the candidates for this position
- Should be a Graduate
- Should have a background of Quality profile for at least 3 years (TL Quality /AM Quality role)
- Should have a background of handling customer service teams in a quality role
- Should have an experience of handling a team (team of QA’s / team of QTL)
- Should have a fair understanding and experience of managing CSAT/DSAT/NPS performance
- Should have a clear understanding of AM Quality role (in terms of performance management, team management, client management & stakeholder management)
- Knowledge & experience of handling travel accounts will be an added advantage
- Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) certification will be an added advantage
