Job Description
- Graduate in any field (Preferably B.com) with 2-3 years of experience with good knowledge in EDM and Payroll, with SAP and Workday tool knowledge
- To ensure processing activities are consistent and in line with the documented procedures and policies
- Achieve agreed service levels and performance metrics associated with Audits
- Participate in the promotion of a work environment among the staff members which will encourage strong, efficient and timely delivery of work
- Provide feedback to operations on trends and areas of concern based on audit findings, Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives
- Demonstrates strong service delivery focus
- Develops through deep professional know-how of end-to-end business processes in the respective area of responsibility and interdependencies between them
- Proficiency in presentation skills and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages like WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
