Job Description
Eligibility :
- BCA, BSc (IT/IS), BCom from 2016 batches with 60% and above throughout academics
- MS Office
- Knowledge in SQL and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to communicate with onshore stakeholders and clients.
- Develop, maintain and demonstrate in-depth understanding of customers current and potential business needs, to ensure they obtain maximum value from products and services taken.
- Respond in a highly professional manner to all customer queries and problems, liaising with relevant areas of the business.
- Provide timely updates where appropriate.
- Ensure regular communication with business to ensure awareness of client issues
- Ensure customers are appropriately informed of any delivery delays or errors and kept advised of progress and actions being taken.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring that all procedures are in place and working correctly.
- Ensure any Service Level Agreements are honored to required quality and support standards.
- Develop knowledge of new products/applications from the training provided.
- Provide an in-depth understanding of the QuintilesIMS service offerings, with the ability to produce ad-hoc studies on demand.
- Provide support to other teams as appropriate or directed.
- Willingness to work in any assigned shift across the 24/5 coverage
- Looking to work in a Customer Service role.
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Good communication in English (oral and written) with a good command in understanding and speaking is a must.
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
- Understanding of the ITIL framework (good to have)
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral).
- Problem solving, analytical, customer service skills.
- Ability to understand complex concepts and processes quickly.
- Ability to manage own time and be well organized.
- Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and in a diverse team environment.
- Ability to identify problems before they occur and communicate issues to the appropriate parties.
- Ability to explain complex or technical processes to someone who has little knowledge of the subject.

- Flexibility (should be ready to take additional responsibility whenever there is an increased work load or decreased capacity).

- Good team player (should be ready to share the work among the team members and helping the team meet the deadlines).
- Should be ready to work in 24/7 and Night Shifts.
