Raja Rammohun Roy Library foundation (RRRLF) invites application for the position Accountant

7th CPCC Pay Level: 6
Eligibility
(A)UDCs of CSCS with 8 years regular service in the grade; and
(B) Who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent and possessing two years experience of cash , accounts and budget work; failing which
(i) Officers from Central/State Government/Semi-Government Statutory or Autonomous Bodies/Universities, Research Institutions etc. Having 2 years of experience in the pay-scale of Rs. 9300-34800/-(PB-2) G.P Rs.4200/- [level 6 as per 7th CPC]
OR
Having 6 years regular service in the pay-scale of Rs. 5200-20200/- (PB-1) with G.P. Rs. 2800/- [level 5 as per 7th CPC]
OR
Having 10 years regular service in the pay-scale Rs. 5200-20200/- (PB-1) GP Rs. 2400/- [level 4 as per 7th CPC]
OR
Who have passed SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Accounts Department of Central/State Government.
(ii) Possessing educational qualification and experience as under:
Essential:
i) Degree of a recognized University/Institute;
ii) 2 years of experience in cash, Accounts and Budget work in a Government office/PSU/Autonomous body/Statutory body.

RRRLF is a central autonomous organization established and fully financed by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. RRRLF is registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961. It is the nodal agency of the Government of India to support public library services and systems and promote public library movement in the country commensurate with the objectives as embodied in its Memorandum of Association. The supreme policy-making body of RRRLF is called the Foundation. It consists of 22 members nominated by the Government of India from amongst eminent educationists, librarians, administrators and senior officials. The Minister of the Department of Culture, Government of India or his nominee is the Chairman of RRRLF. Professor Brij Kishore Sharma is the present Chairman of RRRLF and Director General is the executive head and ex-officio Member-Secretary of the Foundation.
