JRF/ Field cum Lab Attendant Jobs opportunity in Rajiv Gandhi University
Project Title : “Orchid bioresources of the North-East India - Conservation, database development and information networking”

Qualification : First class degree with either B.Tech in Biotechnology with NET OR M. Tech. in Biotechnology OR M.Sc. in Life Sciences/ Biological sciences related subjects with NET. Preference will be given to a candidate having work experience in the field of Plant tissue culture.
Fellowship : emoluments shall be Rs. 25,000/- + 10% HRA for the first two years and Rs. 28,000 + 10% HRA for 3rd year on the basis of good research performance and shall applicable only if JRF/SRF is having M. Tech. degree OR B.Tech/M.Sc. degree with NET/BINC qualification, otherwise it shall be Rs. 12,000/- + HRA for the first two years and Rs. 14,000/- + HRA for the 3rd year for SRF. HRA will not be provided if campus accommodation is availed

Field cum Lab Attendant (on contingency basis)

Qualification : A suitable person below the age of 30 years and willing to undertake regular travel with PI/JRF to remote and inaccessible areas of Arunachal Pradesh for collecting and transporting research material as well as to do laboratory works including cleaning the laboratory and glasswares. As the work requires field visit, so a preference will be given to a person having valid driving license for light vehicles with minimum 3 years driving experience.
Emolument : Rs. 5000/- per month
Age Limit : 30 years
Selection Procedure : Selected candidates will be invited for the interview/performance test
