Job Description

• Advertise properties on different web portals
• Calling/messaging property agents to inform our properties for sales
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Understand the requirements of buyers
• Showing properties to potential buyers, negotiating on owner’s behalf
• Making/Executing sale agreements between buyer and seller
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Responsibilities and Duties

• Rent, buy or sell the property for clients.
• Perform duties, such as study property listings,
• accompany clients to property site,
• discuss conditions of sale,
• draw up real estate contracts.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Own 2 or 4 wheeler for conveyance.
• Good skills to communicate, present and negotiate effectively.

• Basic knowledge to work on a computer and the internet preferred.
