Job Description
1. Assisting all site visits and ensuring maximum sales conversion
2. Performing smart telecalling & generating real estate leads & information
3. Coordinating for site visits (incentive-based on all qualified site visits that are organized)
4. Contacting potential customers to promote the project
5. Ensuring prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions
6. Identifying and developing relations with existing & new key customers (like corporates, HNI clients, etc.)
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Sep'20 and 20th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be based in Mumbai
2. Must have excellent telecommunication skills (Hindi and English)
3. Must be passionate about the result-oriented approach
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 500 on every Deal Closure that you make or deliver.
