  •  Sell residential properties in Entire Delhi location or neighboring states
  •  Provide advisory / consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
  •  Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
  •  Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, loan, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  •  Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
  •  Accompany the customer for site visits and display property to them.
  •  Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales.
  •  Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro and macroeconomics on the sector.
  •  Responsible for closing the transaction from Invoicing, Billing, Closure with the concerned stakeholders.
  •  Someone who is flexible to travel frequently.
  •  Well verse with the north Indian states especially UP and Chandigarh

Required Candidate profile

  •  Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales
  •  Impeccable profile with high professionalism.
  •  Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  •  Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
  •  A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
  •  Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
  •  Ability to work independently.
  •  To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
  •  Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic.
  •  Proficient in Hindi and English

Responsibility


  •  Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
  •  Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
  •  Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  •  Report on sales activities to senior management
  •  Reaching the targets and goals set for the zone
  •  Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
  •  Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  •  Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  •  Keeping up to date with products and competitors
