Job Description for Sales
- Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes.
- Interaction with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.
- Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good in giving Presentations.
- Self Motivated & Confident with great Communication Skills.
Key Responsibility area –
- Report on sales activities to top management.
- Developing sales strategies.
- Making follow-up calls to confirm sales.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Manage end-to-end relationships including pitching, negotiation, and closing the deal.
