Job Description
1. Coordinating site visits (incentive-based on all qualified site visits that are organized).
2. Contacting potential customers to promote the project.
3. Ensuring prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions
4. Identifying and developing relations with existing & new key customers (like corporates, HNI clients, etc.).
5. Contacting sellers and on-boarding properties.
6. any other avtivities which can generate sales.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Mar'21 and 5th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per deal closure).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
