Real estate sales representative will prospect for and cultivate potential buyers, and represent sellers during the home sales transaction. They determine clients' needs, then show them homes that meet those needs.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Self-motivation and drive
Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license.
Experience with sales.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local property.
Possess a valid driver's license.
