Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience working with inward inspection process.
- Should have experience working with electronic components.
- Good Knowledge on mechanical parts.
- Good Understanding with ERP, SAP
- Responsible for Inward material inspection ousing instruments, gauges
- Collect and maintain Quality agreements, PPAP records of suppliers
- Monitor supplier rejection and maintain PPM level. Making supplier monthly rating
- Taking internal product/process audit as per std
- Taking ECR from supplier and follow –up of ECN\PCN and its verification at supplier end
- Generating supplier 8D reports for NC and getting them closed from suppliers and tracking the effectiveness of the action.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for measuring equipment's.
- Should take care of IQS.
- Should in be touch with suppliers on regular basis
Education background:
Diploma candidates who has 2 to 3 years of experience.
