1. Handle online booking system
2. Channel Partner bookings
3. B2B bookings
4. Guest check-ins and check-outs
5. Travel Documents and Permits
6. Facilitating Guest food orders
7. Handling billing Additional responsibilities will also include the need to file GST returns and maintain a record of all inventory and do an analysis of spending versus expenditures
Knowledge of Sikkim tourist locations and general awareness of how the local taxi/cab services function is a must for success on the job
