Job Description
The job responsibilities include:
- To communicate with the prospective customers face-to-face, on telephone and through emails regarding information about the various courses offered by the institute and address their queries.
- To make sales pitch and convert prospective customers to actual customers.
- To maintain a record of prospective customer details (i.e. Name, Phone no., Email id etc.) and follow-up with them.
- To maintain a record of existing customers (name of student, course enrolled, fee schedule, attendance and progress reports, etc.)
- To maintain accounts of the various transactions, revenues and expenses.To maintain a schedule of pending payments and bills related to the business.
- To assist in managing the social media marketing.
- The job timings are from 3 pm to 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Sundays off. In addition, 12 paid leaves per annum shall be provided
