Job Description
The current opening is a multi-dimensional profile with areas of work in Front Office Management, Internal Communication, Executive Assistance, Client Relations, Vendor Management, and Human Resource Management. The candidate would be expected to:
- Answer phone calls.
- Answer inquiries about Courses.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Schedule meetings.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Arrange appointments.
- Send email, online SMS and manage online marketing.
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Take and relay messages.
Job Specification:

- Good interpersonal Skills
- Good communication Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Good aptitude to take on ownership and responsibilities of tasks at hand
