Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties.
- Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone.
- Maintain Complete Data - Customers, Staff, and Business Clients etc.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
- To call clients and inform them about the company products and arrange client visit.
- To continuously monitor and maintain cordial relationship with clients, customers and staff.
- Attending Visitors.
- Receiving & dispatching Courier.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- Experienced (in same field) candidate will be preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Effective and excellent communication skills.
