Responsibilities of Front Office Executive:

Good communication skills. Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
To receive external and internal calls at front desk and reply them appropriately.
Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Ensure admin related issues are managed properly including office Housekeeping, courier etc.
Administrative Support and Service
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Requirements for Front Office Executive :

Graduate in any stream or Diploma in Office management/Retail/Front Office with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.
Sound computer knowledge including MS-office, Mails & Internet.
Must have the ability to handle various stations and maintain a smooth coordination.
Must be presentable.
