Job Description
Responsibilities of Front Office Executive:
- Good communication skills. Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
- To receive external and internal calls at front desk and reply them appropriately.
- Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Ensure admin related issues are managed properly including office Housekeeping, courier etc.
- Administrative Support and Service
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Requirements for Front Office Executive :
- Graduate in any stream or Diploma in Office management/Retail/Front Office with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.
- Sound computer knowledge including MS-office, Mails & Internet.
- Must have the ability to handle various stations and maintain a smooth coordination.
- Must be presentable.
