Job Description
*Responsible for answering phone calls both incoming and outgoing.
*Handles the tasks of attending visitors and organizing meetings.
*Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
*Sending Employees Birthday Wishes, Work anniversary wishes and other official mails.
*Responsible for administrative tasks including housekeeping, stationary, pantry.
*Assisting in employee engagement activities.
*Aids in the planning and implementation of company events.
*Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
*Assisting Executives in their day to day work
*Any other work that the management may consider relevant and necessary.
