Job Description
- Handling all admin work
- Good knowledge of Ms office, Email Drafting
- Answering incoming calls
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Maintain Employee data and attendance records
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
- Will be assigned other jobs related to Data Entry and Form filling, Invoicing, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Candidate Should have good knowledge of basic computer operations
- Candidate should have excellent knowledge of Ms Excel
- Candidate must be willing to take up additional work and responsibilities assigned in other departmental operations as well.
