Opening for Front Desk executive cum Admin for our office located at Kanjurmarg East.
Job responsibility:

- Handling EPBAX System.
- Handling internals & externals calls transferred to the
concern person.
- Maintaining
record for STD incoming/outgoing calls.
- Attending
Guest, Doctors, Visitors.
- Monthly
Attendance record in the form of Excel Sheet.
- New
employee joining access attendance record in the system.
- Order
stationery/office expenses, maintaining their record like- Bisleri water,
Stationary, Tea& Coffee record, newspaper.
- Checking
vendor’s bills & preparing PO & submitted to the A/C department.
- Maintain
record of electricity bills, Telephone bills, Internet bills in the register.
- Looking
at the hygiene of the office.
- Update
employee list.
- Arranging
Birthday Celebrations with Snacks etc.
- Ticket
bookings for Directors & employees.
