Job Description
- Looking for an organized, energetic and polite front office receptionist/ administrative assistant for an upmarket physiotherapy clinic.
- Ensure exceptional patient management and care while maintaining the clinic.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, staff and business contacts.
- Answer phones, handle appointment bookings, accurately manage all billings and filing.
- Create and maintain business relationships and clinic rapport with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Successfully integrate the clinic with community involvement.
- Complete designated tasks in a timely manner; report to the Office Manager regarding daily tasks and updates.
- Self-driven, keen learner with multi-tasking skills and the ability to work as an integral member of a team.
- Candidate must have a pleasing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Working knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and any other languages will be ideal.
- Experience of working in customer relations in healthcare, hospitality or any other service industry will be an added advantage.

About the Organization:
An US based outpatient private physiotherapy clinic practice is opening its first clinic in Mumbai. The organization focuses on manual therapies and sports-specific rehabilitation. They offer a holistic approach to care, and design individualized exercise prescriptions for every patient providing them with the most up-to-date progressive treatments including manual therapies, joint mobilizations, kinesiology taping, Pilates-based training and functional training. Patients in Mumbai will receive one-on-one treatment and direct exercise supervision in their first physiotherapy studio in India.
The organization will operate with the same practice philosophy as the original USA office. As the organization launches operations in Mumbai soon, they are looking to fill the following position on an immediate basis.
