Job Description
- Handling EPBAX system by answering incoming & outgoing call
- Handling front desk & Responding to guests inquiries
- To look towards Inbound /Outbound of couriers
- Maintaining a sufficient record of office supplies
- Looking after Stationeries required- Greeting, assisting and directing guest & visitors
- Issuing Access card
- To perform data entry and other software programs for necessary work- Handling First Aid Medical Kit
- Maintaining attendance register
- Good written and spoken communication skill
- Handling daily engagement columns in the newspaper
- Receiving and sorting daily mails
- Ticket booking & maintaining records for same-
- To Guide MD for his meetings scheduled
