Job Description
- Urgent opening for Receptionist cum Office Assistant (Female).
- Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
- Arranging maintenance visits and logging the duration thereof.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Responding to incoming and outgoing calls,
- Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Provide administrative services
- Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the office.
- Looking into follow ups,
- Check Daily Mails, Purchase entry in Registers,
- Scanning and Drafting Important Letters,
- Maintain inventory of office stationery
- And assisting other office work
- Excellent communication and telephone skills (fluent, spoken and written English)
- Good computer skills – efficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Administration skills
- Presentable
- Friendly personality – approachable, outgoing, assertive
- Good organisational skills: ability to prioritise, follow up and multi-task
- Flexible and resourceful at problem-solving
- Ability to work independently.
