Job Description
- We have an immediate Opportunity for Front Office Executive Position - Receptionist.
- Experience- 0-4 yrs
- Receiving and routing the incoming and outgoing calls.
- Sending Couriers on time & keeping the track
- Provide access cards, display ID cards & Maintaining inventories like access cards, Card Holders, Tags
- Ensure all the time if the office premises and guest house maintained properly Register maintenance like Attendance register, Adult Register, Visitor register etc.
- Issuing & Managing: Business cards, letter heads & envelopes
- Filing letters and day-to-day documentation.
- Preparation & timely updation of MIS.
- Other day to - day activities as assigned by seniors.
- Presentable
- Good in communication (English - Spoken & Written)
- Pleasant voice
- Qualification Any Graduate or MBA
- Package - Best in the Industry
- Immediate Joiners are preferable.
