Job Description

· Should possess a presentable personality and good command over English language.
· Coordinating & assisting HR & Admin work.
· Should Posses excellent MS-OFFICE Skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
· Ensure attending phone calls inbound and outbound as well as guest relation management.
· Meetings / Calendar Management
· Maintaining office equipments like Fax M/C , Printer , EPABX system.
· Take care of the reception area.
· Travel arrangements
· Maintain daily visitor Register, Attendance Register and other related records.
· Handling Phone calls inbound and outbound as well as guest relation management.
· Courier inward/outward management along with managing POD & registers.
· Maintain & supervise cleanliness in the entire office.
