Job Description

We are looking for Female (Aged 20 to 35 Yrs) receptionist with good personality and excellent English communication skills.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Internet Skills and Microsoft Office precisely in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent telephone etiquette and attention towards personal grooming.
Candidate need to attend incoming calls and inquiries and passing it to the concerned team.
Welcoming Visitors & Students.
Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
Should be responsible for maintaining courier register and tracking.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
High school degree, additional certification in Office Management is a plus
