Job Description :
- Handling the mails and external and internal phone calls
- Managing front office operations including reception to ensure compliance to procedures and policies for the highest standard of service employees satisfaction.
- Handling the attendance of the employees
- Vendor Management.
- Reviewing registers daily and monitoring all activities
- Providing support for HR & Admin.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
Required :
- Candidate should be atleast graduate
- Candidate should have excellent Communication skills.
