Job Description
Roles & Duties of Data Entry.
v The person in charge for this duty has 5 major role to play.
1. Menu Setting: Once the menu has been freeze and signed by the authority it is updated in the system & if any changes occur then a new print is generated and the old one is cancelled or torn personally.
2. Rechecking the Menu: Once the menu is freeze, then it is verified with the chef, for menu printing.
3. Menu Printing: Once the menu has been updated in the system a print is generated and issued in the stores for preplanning and a menu summary is distributed amongst the production team and admin team.
4. Mamool Issuing: Mamool products are entered in the system and the storekeeper issues the product according to the data entered. It also has an additional function of issuing product for office staff and sample dishes.
5. Pantry & Basket Consumption report: Cross checking with the report of food cooked and left over respectively by pantry and basket.
