Job Description
Keep front desk tidy and presentable, Greet guests and welcome them into the office Answer questions, address complaints and give suitable information
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep and distribute messages
Accept and sign the delivery of letters, packages etc. and distribute them either personally or through an interoffice dispatching system
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc. Check, Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, appointment schedules etc.)
