Job Description
- Handle the front office - directing all visitors, including vendors and candidates appropriately.
- Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies
- Maintaining pantry items inventory and placing orders after regular approvals.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Supervisor which contribute to the effective office management of the company.
- Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Office Assistants/Housekeeping staff/Facility maintenance/ Security.
- Interview scheduling and Coordination
- Maintain excel reports
- Maintain attendance register / Leave record of all the employees.
Requirement :
- 0-2yrs of experience in office admin and co ordination
- Experience/ Knowledge in using MS office
- Good communication skills.
- Languages known : English, Kannada
