Job Brief:
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact in the Company and you will provide administrative support across the organisation. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them to the right people in the Company Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Receive and sort daily mails/deliveries/couriers Maintain security by following certain procedures Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.Guest check IN/OUT Handle Housekeeping department by supervising their work
Skill sets:
Proven work experience in similar role Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications Fast LearnerProfessional appearance Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
