Receptionist/Front Office Jobs - Bangalore - Venture Factory

Job Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be pleasant looking and well groomed.
  
• Should have handled reception & should have knowledge of incoming/ outgoing and call conference. (Knowledge of EPABX would be an advantage)
  
• Should have experience in sending MIS reports
  
• Handle the front office - directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately.
  
• Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
  
• Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies
  
• Maintaining pantry items inventory and placing orders after regular approvals.
  
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Supervisor which contribute to the effective office management of the company.
  
• Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Office Assistants/Housekeeping staff/Facility maintenance/ Security.
  
• Handle and co-ordinate with company travel partners for Hotel and flight bookings when required
  
• Keeping track of courier records(Inward and Outward).
  
• Answer phone calls and provide routine information to callers or/and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, divisions or department.
  
• Greet visitors to the facility, answer questions and direct them to the appropriate individuals/department.
  
• Take telephone messages for the staff.
  
• Managing the various functions of front office- Maintaining stock & stationary- Managing Housekeeping, Pantry, Admin and Security staff- Greeting the guests & making necessary arrangements- Vendor coordination
