• +2 or Graduate with min 1-year experience. in the front office.
  
• Smart freshers with Excellent Communication and Computer skills may also be considered
  
• Should be able to multi-task and manage time properly.
  
• Committed, self - motivated and friendly.
  
• Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
  
• Must have good telephone etiquette.
  
• Should have good communication skills in English, & Tamil.
  
• Good hands-on in MS Office- Word, Excel etc.
  
• Ability to provide verbal information clearly and effectively.

Job Description:

• Handling Phone Calls Efficiently at the Front Office.
• Take and Relay Messages, Provide Information to Callers
• Greet persons entering Organization, Direct persons to Correct Destination
• Deal with Queries from the students, walk-ins and others
• Ensures Knowledge of Staff Movements in & out of Organization
• General Administrative & Clerical Support, Prepare Letters & Documents
• Receive & Sort Mail & Deliveries.
• Takes care of Admin activities – handling Courier, Attendance, General Maintenance works, Housekeeping etc
• Maintain Incubate company Details, Visitor Management,
• Marketing Support – Sending Mailers for Events – Track Registrations.
• Takes care of the general maintenance works in the organisation.
• Help maintain student database (enquiry and enrolment) .
• Assist in on-line exam centre.

 Rs 8000- 10,000 Based on capability and experience
