Job Description
- He/ She will be responsible to manage the reception and handling all EPABX calls.
- Maintaining the basic office administration and ensuring the upkeep of the clinic.
- Attend to all walk-in customers.
- Facilitating the client Profile forms and ensuring that each customer is very well attended to.
- Handling all payments receipts.
- Maintaining MIS reports and sending to higher management.
- Lead follow upsTo convince the customer with proper detailing of treatment and motivating them to get the package booked
