Receptionist Job Duties:
•Welcomes patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
•Maintains safe and clean clinic area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
•Maintains telecommunication system by following doctor's instructions for phone calls and emails.
- Serves visitors and patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
- Notifies the Doctor of the patient's arrival and maintains security and telecommunications system.
