Job Description
- We are looking for a Receptionist for our jubilee hills branch.
- The ideal candidate for this position must have strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Also required good internet knowledge with excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels.
- Our work environment is learn oriented and very faced placed therefore a strong candidate must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional attitude and attire that exemplifies our culture
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to handle phone calls from the clients.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Maintain a visitor log for security.
- Maintain incoming emails and need to give proper replies.
