Job Description
You will be responsible for the overall operations of the B&B. Oversee the activities of key guest contact departments including daily operations, check housekeeping staff work, and welcome guests on arrival.
- You'll interact with foreigners, fluent English is a must
- Often there are Indian guests, so fluent Hindi is a bonus
- You must be polite and courteous at all times
- You'll have to register all guests who check in and see ID
- Book Uber for guests arriving from or going to the airport
- Answer their basic questions about tourist attractions
- Ensure that the housekeeping staff is doing their job
- Ensure that guests are following house rules
- General idea about Kolkata will be a bonus
- Job timing 7:30AM to 7:30PM
- Location: Near Minto Park, Kolkata
- Monday to Saturday working, Sunday official holiday
