Job Description
Roles & Responsibility
- Attending walk in customers
- Maintaining database of walk in customers
- Co-ordinate scheduling and bookings of conference room/ training room.
- Also assist in executing some administrative duties
- Assist in the day to day calendar management of the Management team in order to coordinate & fix-up meetings with clients/ visitors
- Handling the courier facilities
Skills Required:
- Should be presentable & have good communication.
- Should be able to attend front desk & handle walk in customers.
- Pro-active and detail-orientated with good multi-tasking skills.
- Pleasant, smart & willing to help
- Should be well versed with computers (Excel, word, outlook, internet)
