Job Description: Receptionist profile
- Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
For Administrative Profile:
- Check for the office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc.
- Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, Printers, etc.
- Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings
- Serve as point person for organizing all Admin and operation related work
- Manage Office expense reports, attendance & leave records, Couriers, Vendor transaction records etc on daily basis.
- Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as needed
- Perform duties as assigned by the reporting boss
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Professional appearance and manner
- Computer literacy, specifically MS office and Internet
Minimum 06 months - 1 year of relevant experience
Salary: As per the current Industry standards.
