As a growing digital agency, we are seeking for a pleasant personnel to take care of our front desk operations. As you will be the first face of the organization, a warm and welcoming attitude is essential. You will be responsible for the front desk and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:-

• Greet & welcome visitors/guests and determining the purpose of visit, escort them to the specific person and location.
• Answer incoming call, provide required information and if required forward the call to the concerned person.
• Receive and sort daily mails, deliveries and couriers.
• Maintain security by following procedure and controlling access (Monitor logbook).
• Update appointment calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, file maintenance, cash voucher maintenance, etc.
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
• Perform administrative support task such as taking care of housekeeping, stationary and pantry requirements.

Requirements:-

• Graduate or equivalent and proven working experience in similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise at any point of time.
• Ability to multitask, organize and priorities and also work under pressure.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Ability to accurately and articulately document information.
