Job Summary:
We have an opportunity for the role of a Female Receptionist / front desk executive cum Office Administrator. Job seekers with 2 years of relevant and total career experience without gaps in education and without any major gaps in career are preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties in Brief:
- Manage real estate documentation that includes but not limited to organising, filing, document tracking, scanning, safe custody of documents, etc. and maintain various associated records.
- manage office assets, co-ordinate with services providers to fix issues faced.
- Perform regular Receptionist / front desk activities.
- Collaboration with required business entities / individuals to fulfil the job role.
- Maintaining, tracking various front desk registers.
- Managing relevant official emails, couriers, etc.
- Perform data maintenance and data entry tasks as needed.
- Manage office support staff and day to day office needs etc.
- Ability to develop skills on the job.
- Manage day to day office communications, correspondences, business emails, etc.
- Maintain attendance, customer data, manage plot bookings when received, etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Mandatory Linguistic skills : English (Read, Write, Speak) and Kannada (Read, Speak).
- Mandatory Qualification : Graduate (without gaps in education).
- Total career experience : Relevant & total career experience of 0 to 2 years.
- Knowledge of Quality management systems, Processes, use of EPABX system, PC usage knowledge, use of MS office tool.
