Job Description
- Receptionist and tele Callers have to increase the sales of the company in the form of admissions in classroom courses in their branch.
- Follow up of pending admission related calls as per schedule and Maintain a record
- Make calls to new prospective students for admission and introduce candidates to yourself and NIFM
- Resolving students' issues on phone, if required
- Perpetually update a database of prospective students.
- Setting mutually agreed with weekly/ monthly targets of calls to be made and generate a new database.
- Coordinate with faculty members and counselor to conduct an orientation programme to promote business.
- Maintain the attendance record of students and discuss the same with the relevant faculty, if they are not regular.
- Resolve fees payment in installments, if requested by students.
- Coordinates with faculty and take feedback from the students with regard to the content of the course.
- Understanding students problems and resolving their concerns and problems.
- Help students in properly filling the inquiry forms.
- To maintain a register of other inquiries.
- Fees collection and bookkeeping
- Coordination with accounts for fees collection
- To maintain contact with passed out students with regard to their placement, progress, career growth
- Maintain the NIFM Alumni database.
