About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
2. Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
3. Maintain security and telecommunications system
4. Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
5. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
6. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
7. Operate telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation
