We have an urgent opening for a female Office Coordinator/Counselor for a newly started IT Training Center.

Candidate should be:

Responsibilities:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering queries or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Taking care of front office activity.
Handling/distribution of all incoming and outgoing calls.
Greeting visitors, clients, candidates, etc. and notifying concerned officials of their arrival. Responsible for inward outward mails & couriers and for customer service/guest relations. Maintain visitor management system data.
Filing letters and, day-to-day documentation.
Should be in a position to handle HR activities under guidance.
Familiarity with Spoken English for conducting training sessions to newly joined students to enhance their communication skills will be advantageous.
Other day to day activities as assigned by management.
