Job Description
- Ensure that the Customer data is being captured
- Assisting & engaging the customer while the he is at the Navigation Portal.
- Ensure all customers are attended without any delay.
- Wishing the customer both at the time of arrival and departure
- Ensure all queries of the customers have been addressed.
- Should access the feedback and resolve & escalate any issues if required
- Ensure customer requirements are met and excellent services provided
- Ability to handle heavy workloads and take on added responsibilities if required
