JOB DESCRIPTION
- To handle one board line calls and transfer it to respective line asked for.
- To collect bills and handover it to respective person.
- To collect and maintain courier record and handover it to respective person.
- To file all the letters, documents, papers, envelopes received in well-defined
- manner.
- To handle guests, any walk-Ins and clients, greet them, provide them basic
- requirement and making them comfortable till the time they are at front desk
- place.
- To maintain decorum of the front desk and the place.
- Any other relevant duties that may arise time to time.
Skills Expected
- Good communication, soft spoken.
- Pleasant personality.
- Good presence of mind with multitasking ability.
- Should possess skill of prioritizing.
